mother's day

I usually struggle to find a wonderful Mother's Day gift.
I usually end up giving my mom a shirt or sandals.
I decided this year I am going to make something.
So, I have been searching for fun ideas.  And, I have founds some wonderful stuff.
I thought I would share so you don't have to worry about finding a Mother's Day idea.

#1 and #2
Ruffles and Stuff and Made are having a month called Celebrating Mom.  Both blogs post something daily that you could give your mom for Mother's Day.  Most of the ideas are things you can make (with tutorials).  They are super cute!!!

I kinda want this rose cuff for myself.

Come to my sale Thursday, May 6th and get your mom some AWESOME accessories.  Like, probably the best out there. :)  hehe...I just had to throw in a shout out for myself.

A Day at the Park

Now that the weather is getting nicer, I can pretty much be found at the park every single day.
My sister, Amber, and I spent the other day at the park with our little boys.
I am so so so grateful for these sunny days!!
If you don't love this little man, I am not sure what you could possibly love!
This is Ben doing his favorite sound...oooooooooo!!!!!
What is the best thing about warm weather?
Ben's amazing, squishy arms are exposed!!! :)
While I was watching Jax play at the park I realized he is no longer a baby.
He's getting so old.  Another little boy at the park was talking to Jax and was like, "Hey, kid!"
I might have shed a tear realizing the the "kid" he was talking to was my little baby!!!
This picture is pretty funny.  Sure it is cute that Ben is resting on Amber's leg, but more importantly it is a photo of Amber's third child - her Mt. Dew.  She goes nowhere without it.
Amber's little boy Milo.  Amazing.
Amber's other little boy, Roen.  However, Roen made it clear to everyone that he no longer wants to go by Roen.  He now wants to be called JAZZ.  So funny.  We were calling out Jazz all day laughing every single time.
My beautiful 2 year old baby...I mean kid.
Where did the last 2 years go?
Jazz (Roen) having a GREAT time.

Before we left to the park I got a few shots of Jax and Ben.
I hate to say it, but I think I might have the cutest kids in the world.

This blog is B.O.R.I.N.G.

It has been over a month since I have posted.  Lame.  I HATE going to blogs where a month passes with no new posting.  And, I am now that blog.   I blame Jax.  He broke my camera, and I haven't gotten a new one yet.  And, I highly favor posts with pictures to posts without.

But, as much as I love the B.A. 9, I am kinda getting sick of looking at that post.  So, I will post without pictures of my adorable kids.

Ben is 9 1/2 months old - sitting, crawling, learning to play with his big bro and SPEAKING!!!  Okay, okay, so maybe "ought oh" isn't a real word, but I am going to count it.  I am pretty sure any proud mom would.  He says it about everything.  It is adorable.  He drops a spoon - ought oh.  He is smart.  Probably a prodigy child.

Jax is...2.  Well, actually I think that he is easier now that he was at about 15-18 months.  We've been frequenting the park and he actually plays on the toys - appropriately and independently.  It makes the park much more enjoyable, especially with a 9 month old also in the mix.

I have been crafting like a mad woman.  I actually even got in trouble last night for spending WAY too much time with my glue gun and not enough hanging out.  Trust me, it was well deserved.  But, I have made some a-mazing stuff - and have the glue gun burns to prove it.  I have been making women's and children's (a little) accessories.  And, the wonderful part is I am having a party to share them all with you.

I will be hosting a sale the first weekend in May - just in time to buy Mother's Day and graduation gifts (and gifts for yourself).  I will be posting some pictures soon to lure you all in.  It will be a party of headbands, broaches, necklaces, bracelets, hair clips, eyelash extension discount packages, glitter toes/pedicure gift certificates at Visage Day Spa in Pleasant Grove, and yum, yum, yummy treats.  Mother's Day will be covered!!  So, you just stay tuned because you are ALL invited!!!
